The Wurkkos TS30S is a powerful but compact shooting torch that allows you to illuminate from a great distance. It is equipped with the famous Luminus SBT90: this is a LED particularly suitable for shooting torches as it has a small surface but still manages to provide a high light output.

The optical part is made up of a thick mineral glass lens with anti-reflection treatment and a smooth, therefore smooth, aluminum reflector. Operating voltage is 2.7V – 4.2V. This flashlight can be powered by a single 21700 type, 3.7 volt cell, or it can alternatively be powered by an 18650 cell using the appropriate adapter. The dimensions of this light are 153 mm long by 55 mm in diameter. The weight is 230 grams, excluding the battery. The body is made entirely of 6061 type aerospace aluminum alloy, with type anodized anti-abrasive treatment. III which gives it high qualities of sturdiness, resistance to scratches, bad weather and shocks. The head is particularly large because it houses a large and deep dish that guarantees a shot of over 900 M. The head has deep and thick dissipation fins that allow the heat produced by the LED to be dissipated when the torch is used at high levels. The switch is placed laterally near the head. It is electronic and rubberized and offers excellent tactile feedback and is surrounded by a blue bezel ring. The central part of the body has deep milling which guarantees excellent grip in any condition, even when your hands are damp or wet or if you are using particularly thick gloves, for example. The tail cap also has grooves that improve grip during screwing/unscrewing operations. Under the switch there is a LED status indicator which provides information on the amount of residual charge in the cell and on the recharging operations. When the Status LED lights up red, it means that charging is in progress, while when it lights up green, it means that charging has been completed. The user interface is simple and intuitive and there are different level modes. There is also the memory mode which stores the last level of brightness used in General mode except the strobe. In this way, the next time it is switched on, the light will switch on to the last level used. There is also Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology which allows you to keep the temperature of the torch under control: the brightness will automatically be decreased if the temperature of the body of the torch rises excessively (by default the threshold is set at 45°). Thanks to the Firmware that this flashlight has, this threshold value can also be modified as well as all the other functions and settings of the user interface. The Wurkkos TS30S uses open source software called Andúril, distributed under the terms of the GPL v3. The water resistance is given according to the IPX-8 standard while the resistance to falls is up to 2 meters in height.

Low Voltage Protection: If the battery’s voltage is lower than 2.8V, TS30S steps down automatically to avoid battery damage by overdischarge. At 2.7V the flashlight will turn off automatically.
Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology: By default ATR will reduce the brightness level automatically when the driver temperature reaches 45°C to prevent overheating. You can set a different temperature threshold by following the thermal configuration guideline.
