Some notable improvements compared to previous offerings from Acebean (W10 and W10 II), more power and more range. The body is available in two colors, black and desert tan.
An easy to replace 21700 cell powers the LEP flashlight, with built in USB-C charging via a concealed port which is protected from damage. Fully charged battery from flat to full is about 3.5 hours, a solid rate for a high capacity 5000mAh cell.
Body has fine knurling for grip, black stainless steel strike bezel, and stainless steel strong clip for attaching it to a belt/pack etc.
LEP flashlights offer many advantages, a tighter beam can reach distances far beyond normal LED models, with a more distinctive profile you can pinpoint areas of interest making it ideal for search and rescue operations or law enforcement.
High quality aluminum alloy anodised finish, it’s been tested to an above average drop distance of 1.5 metres, and can be submersed in water for up to 2 metres with it’s IP68 rating.
It’s not a large flashlight either, at just 152.9mm x 34mm x 25.4mm, and weight of 211g with the battery fitted.
High candela beam, 750 lumens power
A blazing candela of 507,656cd, gives an impressive range of 1425 metres, with the top Turbo mode of 750 lumens, this output drops gradually to 300 lumens, and can run for over 3.5 hours, beyond many LED offerings.
Acebeam also included a strobe mode, also at 750 lumens which can run continuously for up to 4 hours.
Operation is straight forward, single dual stage tail switch, a generous size it’s easy to locate. Half press momentary is available, full press constant on, and a double press for quick access to the strobe output.
