Small and light, but with enough power to be useful for a general purpose headlamp, this new model from Astrolux has plenty of features at an affordable price point.
Powered by a rechargeable 16340 Li-ion battery (800mAh capacity), it can also take CR123A non rechargeable cells. Supports Type C charging and it has a run time up to 20 hours (low mode main white LED 25lm).
It has 4 levels on the main white LED, with 2 modes on the Red (static and flashing) in an L shape design.
A wide headband is adjustable and have high comfort levels, and can be removed if needed. Astrolux have also included a magnetic tail/base, so you can attach it to metal objects and use it as a working light.
Made from premium 6061 aluminum alloy materials, it’s built to last and has been drop tested to 2 metres, and a rating of IP68 with a water resistance of 2 metres underwater.

Using a special thin optical lens for improved beam pattern, and spread, the HM01 main LED is a cool white (6500K), with a spot angle of 15 degrees and a flood angle of 80 degrees giving it a range of 87 metres (Turbo). 4 levels from 25 lumens up to 800 lumens Turbo, Red has 2 modes static 35 lumens and 70 lumens flashing.
A large side switch is easy to find even with gloves on and it is backlit giving charge/battery level indication. It also has a lock-out mode for safe transportation.
A special safety feature is the auto lock, after one minute powered off the flashlight will go into lock mode to prevent accidental activation.
