Main white LED has 4 power levels, including a low mode of 5 lumens up to 1200 lumens in Turbo. Red output has a static and flashing mode (both rated to 5 lumens), useful for close up, or for signalling.
A newly designed (wide 26mm width) sport headband has a rapid adjustment feature using the rotary dial, perforated for ventilation, a 90 degree headlamp adjustment, it includes reflective markings and an emergency whistle too! It can be removed and washed if needed from the headlamp.
Power is by a single 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery (3400mAh capacity), with a built in USB C charging port on the cell for convenience. 2 x CR213A/16340 cells can also be used.
4 stage battery indicator is built into the switch, using Green/Red LED’s showing you the capacity left in the cell. Run times are up to 23.7 hours (130 lumens), or 280 hours (5 lumens).
It’s a strong headlamp, rated to a drop test of 2 metres, IP68 water and dust proof, and extreme temperature tested to -35 and +45 degrees Celsius. Made from strong and light magnesium alloy, a tempered glass cover, this is a tough headlamp for use in all conditions.

A single SST40 LED from Luminus handles the main white LED, with two 2835 Red LED’s for the red output.
4 main levels from the Turbo of 1200 lumens, a high of 400 lumens, and 130 and 5 lumens modes, with flashing and static Red LED output at 5 lumens. Range is around 150 metres with the Turbo, a mixed beam candela giving a wide spread but reasonable distance (5590cd)
Operation is simple and intuitive with the large side switch, just one switch for everything keeps it easy for users to pick up the UI, and it features a lock out mode for safe transportation.
