Another addition to the growing range of lights from Acebeam, the G15 combines a compact size with a high power output and fits most common weapon mounts.
Using an 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery with a built in USB-C charging port (battery has a built in LED light for charging status green/red), it can also use 2 x CR123A/16340 batteries as a secondary power source.
Dual corrosion resistant springs ensure stable power and prevents battery damage.
Users have a choice of 2 Mounts M – LOK (available as an add on separately) and Picatinny rails, and it also has a mount for the remote switch too. You can dismount the light too and use it as a normal flaslight.
Aero grade Aluminum alloy, has the HAIII anodized treatment for improved hardness and wear resistance. Stainless steel crenulated bezel protects the front of the light and can be used for glass breaking.
It’s rated to IP68 water and dust resistant and submersible up to 2 metres, and has been drop tested to 1.5 metres.
Size of the G15 is still quite small and suitable for many types of weapon it’s 122.2mm x 25.4mm.
Longer range beam up to 390 metres
A powerful beam is a key feature of this weapon light, using a Luminus SFT-40 can reach up to 390 metres with a high candela of 38025cd.
Operation is via a tail switch or you can screw in the remote switch and use the two buttons it has built in. These buttons are two different sizes a longer one and round switch makes it intuitive to use. Rapid operation is important for any weapon light and the G15 excels here.
