This new compact light from Fenix is designed specially for Pistol use thanks to it’s small form factor and ambidextrous design it’s quick to operate.
An impressive output of 600 lumens means the beam can reach as far as 140 metres, meaning it’s also usable indoors or outside making it a versatile option for any pistol user.
Power is via an included ARB-L16-700UP rechargeable battery, and it is also compatible with non rechargeable CR123A cells (output is 400 lumens).The GL06 works with Glock and Picatinny rails, Fenix are using their patented secure lever latch system which locks the light firmly into place and can withstand recoil.
The lightweight low profile body is just 69g (2.44oz) and with a size of 6.1cm (2.40”) x 2.81cm (1.11”) x 2.36cm (0.93”).It is IPX7 rated with full protection against dust and water including heavy rainfall.

This beam profile is ideal for small weapons and pistols, with 600 lumens output reaching the quoted distance of 140 metres the Candela is 4880cd, giving a superb well balance beam pattern and plenty of range for even larger indoor areas, and some use outside.
Compatibility is wide, using the plates you can adapt the weapon light to many of the top pistol brands. 1913 MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails, a very common type and also the Glock Rail Plate.
Dual Ambidextrous Switches with Momentary/Strobe
Quick and simple operation is essential for any weapon/pistol light. Fenix has incorporated switches on both sides, so that you can operate the light held left or right handed.
They have also included a strobe mode, which can dazzle an opponents and help in self defence, and a momentary in addition to the expected constant On.
Included is a rechargeable Li-ion 16340 battery (ARB-L16-700UP) which is rated to 700mAh and is charged via a micro USB cable (included in the pack). This cell can run for up to 50 minutes and you can also use other CR123A cells (non rechargeable), for a slightly reduced output of 400 lumens (but with a longer run time of 1 hour 30 minutes).
IPX7 weather rating ensures you can use this in harsh weather, even storms and strong rainfall.The body is made from strong heat treated aluminum alloy, which resists marks and damage.
