A unique offering from MecArmy, the CPL4 is an ultra compact tiny pistol light. Yet it is able to achieve an output of 300 lumens and a range is 31 metres.
3 Modes are available a momentary on, and constant on, and a strobe output.The rail mount fits most Picatinny rails, (MIL-STD-1913) and GL, and features a quick release mount system which can mount/release in around half a second.
A convenient built in type C charging port can bring the charge from flat to full in around 1 hour.The super compact body design is just 40mm (1.575”) x 42.5mm (1.674”) x 21.12mm (0.832”), with a weight of just 36g (1.27oz).
MecArmy have tested the CPL4 to IPX6 water resistance and 1 metre impact resistance.
3 Modes with a top output of 300 lumens
MecArmy are using a CREE XP-G2 S4 LED with a specially designed lens to deliver an optimal beam pattern, suitable for weapon-light use.
The output of 300 lumens can reach as far as 31 metres with a candela of 95cd (run time is 2+ 38 minutes constant on), due to it’s small form factor, is very suited to use in enclosed spaces.
It’s important for a weapon light to have a momentary, and the CPL4 has this as well as a constant on mode and a strobe which could be used to dazzle someone for self defense.
A Li-ion rechargeable battery is built into the light, using a type C charging port which also has a port cover (to prevent dirt/debris entering the port). An LED on the side shows the charging state (red charging, green completed)
Special Switch Design to Prevent Accidental Operation
MecArmy have designed a switch so that it won’t be pressed by accident, yet is large enough to find easily even with gloves on. It’s a recessed shape, which helps ensure objects or holding a weapon won’t activate it.
High grade CNC machined aluminum is heat treated and resists damage and marks, with a solid durable clip/release mechanism.
This light can be used in every condition including heavy rain thanks to the IPX6 rating.
