A great new addition to their growing headlamp range, the HC65 MCT is a high-output, multiple color temperature magnesium alloy headlamp engineered for demanding outdoor, industrial, and technical environments. Delivering up to 2,000 lumens with a maximum beam distance of 258 metres (16,709cd peak intensity), it incorporates Nitecore's MCT (Multiple Color Temperatures) system to allow seamless switching between 3,000K Warm Light (CRI 98), 4,500K Neutral White Light (CRI 85), and 6,500K Cool White Light (CRI 73), alongside an auxiliary red light mode.
Powered by an included NL1840HP 4,000mAh high-capacity 18650 Li-ion battery, it features an intelligent onboard USB-C charging circuit (capable of a full charge in approximately 1 hour 20 minutes via 9V/2A QC) and 4 power indicators to display remaining power. The system delivers an extended maximum runtime of up to 154 hours on the lowest output Ultra low (8 lumens) and up to 40.5 hours on Low (100 lumens).
Built from lightweight magnesium alloy which is extremely tough, the chassis is IP68-rated (waterproof and submersible to 2 metres) with 2-metre impact resistance, providing thermal management and rugged durability.

The primary optical system uses 8 dual core NiteLab MCT UHE LEDs coupled with an optical matrix lens system to project a soft, uniform beam across all three primary light channels. The tri-color temperature options adapt directly to changing weather conditions, a 3,000K Warm Light cuts through heavy rain, fog, and snow with minimal glare, 4,500K Neutral White enhances terrain contrast on technical trails, and 6,500K Cool White offers high-clarity long-range visibility where the longest range and output is important.
Operation is via two uniquely shaped buttons designed for one-handed control via feel. The main output offers 5 discrete brightness levels (Turbo at 2,000LM, High at 1,300LM, Mid at 400LM, Low at 100LM, and Ultralow at 8LM) plus SOS and Beacon special modes, complemented by dual auxiliary red light levels (15LM High / 5LM Low) and slow flashing.
Advanced internal electronics feature a high-efficiency constant current circuit for flicker-free output, an Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) module, to prevent overheating, and dual-button physical lockout protection.
