LEP flashlights offer exceptional range compared to a normal LED light, However they can be limited in field use due to the tight beam with little to no spill. Nitecore have overcome this drawback by integrating LEDs around the main lens, so that you can use both wide and tighter longer distance beam in one single flashlight.
The top level of 2000 lumens can hit a huge 2900 metres range making this ideal for search and rescue or law enforcement, yet with the wider output it can equally be used for camping. Fishing and general purpose.
Included is a 21700 battery to power the flashlight for up to 20 hours mixed or spot/flood at the lowest level. This is charged by USB-C, and supports rapid charging via PD or Quick charge adapters (charging time is 2 hours and 20 minutes).
A power level output is built in with the automatic indicator, and you can also get a voltage readout from the battery via flashes accurate to around +/= 0.1V.
Strong aluminum alloy which is anodised ensures the flashlight will last for a long time, it’s been rated to 1 metres impact/drop resistance, and it can be submersed up to 2 metres in water which is above average depth for many models.
Length of the flashlight is 186mm x 67mm diameter, still quite portable, with a weight of 390g (with the battery).

Powerful tight candela of 2,130,800cd gives the impressive distance of 2900 metres, so you can see far into the distance. Yet the ability to use floodlight and spotlight modes on their own, or mix them into a combined light output gives you the choice to have exceptional range and spread.
There are 4 levels including the Turbo output, and lower ones down to 80/50/100 lumens for mixed, spot and floodlight which will preserve battery life. It also has an auto brightness mode so it can adjust the output automatically, so for example if you angle the head down more the brightness will drop to account for this.
Triple switch design gives you flexibility and rapid access to controls such as Turbo, with a single button on the tail cap area, and two buttons on the side of the flashlight.
