A new edition to the Olight range, this time a high quality premium EDC pocket knife. The Rubato 3 is made from 154CM grade stainless steel, and in addition has a special black titanium PVD coating.

A unique honeycomb pattern on the handle provides a secure grip on the knife, as well as looking attractive. The Rubato 3 has a drop pointed design on the blade, making it very suitable for a range of cutting and slicing jobs. It’s an all rounder in a small package with an overall extended length of 172mm (6.77”), the blade length is 75.1mm (2.96”). A light weight of 90g (3.17oz) – more than small enough to slip into a pocket and carry with you everywhere

High grade 154CM Stainless Steel Blade with Rail Lock

154CM is well regarded as a premium variety of stainless steel and is commonly found in survival knives. Using a higher carbon contrent and added Molybedenum gives excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance and a long lasting edge with higher durability. It is rated to HRC 58 in hardness on the Rockwell Test. The blade is PVD black titanium coated

The rail lock is quick and smooth and includes an automatic wear compensation mechanism. It's a safe and fast system which will provide excellent long term use.

A closed size of 96.9mm (3.81”) makes this a great pocket carry or EDC. A secure pocket clip is pre-fitted to the Rubato 3, and can be moved to either left or right side if required. This is a deeper clip which helps hold it’s position better.

A Comfortable carry with the Aluminum Textured Handle

Having a good blade is one part of a quality knife, but having a good secure grip is equally as important. Olight have designed a special honeycomb aluminum handle. This texturing or honeycomb pattern not only feels great, but it provides a very secure grip which resists slipping, and has very high anti wear properties.

You even have a choice of handle colors. A more traditional Gunmetal Gray or OD Green.
