A small and pocket-able flashlight from Powertac, this updated version (generation 3) has many useful features for users, and despite it’s modest size still produces a powerful beam with up to 330 metres range.
The M6 Gen 3 also has 5 power levels, from a Turbo of 2030 lumens down to a 0.51 lumens firefly mode, and a strobe (also rated to 2030 lumens power). Run time up to 25 days (lowest output).
Power is via an 18650 rechargeable battery, and it features Powertac#s new magnetic charging system, you simply attach the USB cable to the flashlight and it charges the cell inside, no port covers to damage or lose.
The tail cap is also magnetic making a secure attachment to metal surfaces, ideal for mechanics or working hands free with a light source.

6 settings with 5 power levels and strobe mode
Using the Cree XM-L2 U3 LED, the powertac features a wide spread of output levels, from the highest 2030 lumens, with a high of 850 lumens, down to 260 lumens mid, and two lower modes with 65 lumens with the useful. 51 lumens firefly. Strobe is also built in and this is useful for self defence of alerting people in an emergency.
It’s also possible to use 2 x 16340 (CR123A) cells to run the flashlight (medium/low/firefly modes).The flashlight has a good throw too with a candela of 27225cd it can reach up to 330 metres range, further than many compact models.
Simple UI with Magnetic charging system with magnetic tail capacity
Ease of use it paramount with this model, users will find the side switch UI very easy to pick up, and it features a mode memory, auto returns to the last setting made for your convenience.
By using a new magnetic USB charging system you can quickly and easily charge the 18650 battery inside the flashlight, this features a blue and red light to let you know when the cell is charging and when it is finished (red charging, blue completed).
Improved light transmission is possible with the hardened glass cover which is treated, and it has anti reflective coatings on both sides.
High grade aluminum alloy body with IPX8 water resistance ensures you can use the flashlight in all conditions and it can work even if submerged up to 2 metres depth.
