This latest offering from Sofirn has a powerful 3000 lumens output with a compact small body which is ideal for an EDC or pocket carry.
It’s capable of reaching up to 142 metres (at the top turbo output of 3000 lumens), with a wider beam profile giving a larger spread, a good profile for camping and general purpose use. Additional power levels can be used and a low mode of 30 lumens can run for as long as 50 hours.
The SC29 flashlight is powered by a single 21700 Li-ion rechargeable battery, this high capacity cell (5000mAh) gives excellent endurance. With the built in type C port on the flashlight, you can quickly charge the battery when required.
The body material is made from durable AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy, excellent for heat dissipation and strength. Sofirn has rated the SC29 to IP68 for use in difficult weather conditions, including water, dust, heavy rain. As well as resistance to impacts and drops.
5 power levels with unique concave switch design
The 5 levels of output let you tailor the lighting levels to your own needs, and it also includes a strobe mode too for self defence or signalling in an emergency.
Sofirn are using a newly designed side switch, this is recessed and shaped in a concave style, making accidental activation much less likely. But the company has also included a manual lock out function, simply press 3 times to lock or unlock the side switch. Perfect when transporting the flashlight safely. The switch also has a battery level indicator built into the middle.
Body has fine knurling for a superior grip and comes with a stainless steel clip.
