A new addition to the popular Streamlight Wedge series, the XT is the latest offering from the company, and is sure to a popular choice with many users looking for a compact slimmer style EDC flashlight.
Available in 2 colors, a standard Black and Coyote (Tan).It’s ideal for work or in the garage or at home, thanks to the design which gives very simple operation, and is very pocket friendly due to it’s body shape, with a strong deep clip.
Powered by a built in Li-ion high performance rechargeable battery, rated to 950mAh, which gives run times up to 11 hours on low (50 lumens) The battery is charged with a USB Type C cord (including) and can bring the flashlight from flat to full in around 6 hours.
Two power levels give a maximum 500 lumens output, with a range of up to 87 metres.Simple operation via a large easy to find tail switch, and it also features a lock-out function to prevent accidental operation.
It is rated to IPX7 water and dust resistance, with a drop test rating of 1 metre. A strong anodised aluminum body which ensures long term use in all conditions.

2 Power Levels with Long Run times and an Ergonomic design
A well designed refelector with a high strength polycarbonate gives the user 2 power levels, a higher 500 lumens to light up a larger area, and a lower mode of 50 lumens for closer up activities and to preserve battery life. Run time on low is an impressive 11 hours (50lm).
At the 500 lumens level, the range is 87 metres, with a candela of 1900cd, for a wide even beam pattern.
Control is via the tail switch which has the high quality long life mechanism streamlight are known for, and it features the “Ten Tap” programmable function to switch between the two modes of high/low or low/high as the default setting.
Type C charging is built in, and the port is waterproof too. It has a built in LED 2 stage battery indicator to let you know when the cell needs charging.
Streamlight have top end build quality on their flashlights, and the Wedge XT are known for their excellent finishing, here they are using aero grade aluminum alloy with IPX7 water and dust resistance.
