Designed from the ground up to be a tough and powerful light for work environments.The Vulcan Clutch has a rubberized body with a super tough nylon construction. It is rated to IPX7 and is waterproof for up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. Streamlight have also impact tested it to 2 metres.
Three high grade LEDs ensure a powerful yet long distance beam. In addition to this there are 2 blue LEDs on the tail/base, which can be static or flashing to ensure you are seen carrying the Vulcan Clutch.
A high output mode of 1700 lumens can run for up to 6.5 hours, with a lower level of 380 lumens and 18 hour run time. The head features a 340 degree articulation, so you can adjust the beam to where it is required.
A quality Li-ion battery can recharge from flat to full in just 5 hours. And can be used with a vehicle mount, or available with a shoulder strap on some options.

The Vulkan Clutch is a powerful light, with a top level of 1700 lumens, it’s beam can reach as far as 520 metres, with 67,500 candela. Even the low output of 380 lumens can push as far as 245 metres, at 15,000 candella. A flashing mode is also included (run time of 25 hours)
Run time is an impressive 18 hours (low mode 380 lumens) and 6.5 hours at the highest output.Tail lights are built into the body, and using a high visibility blue color, so you can be seen from long distances. You can turn these on or off, and can also be set to flashing if required.
The flat body design ensures stability when placing the streamlight on a surface, and thanks to the articulating head you can position the beam up to 340 degrees.A polycarbonate lens is near unbreakable and has a special scratch resistant coating.
Large Push Button Switch with Rubber Grip Handle
Streamlight know how important a good quality switch is on a working light such as this. They have a strong push button mechanism with a rubber coated cushioned handle. The result is a secure grip, and very easy to find the switch even wearing heavy work gloves.
The built in battery can be fully charged from flat in around 5 hours. A status and charging indicator is also present. A charging rack (12V vehicle charging) and AC/DC power cables are also available as options (2 models)
