The Imalent MS03 / MS03W is an EDC flashlight with incredible power but extremely small and compact. Its length is in fact just 110mm, and its Turbo reaches the power of 13000 lumens. This flashlight is sold by Imalent in two different configurations; there is in fact the cold light model or the MS03 and the neutral light model or MS03W.

The package is full of accessories and contains in addition to the Imalent MS03 flashlight, also a 4000mAh 21700 cell with integrated USB-C charging port, USB to USB-C charging cable, Nylon carrying case, a pair of o - spare ring, a wrist strap and the user manual.

The flashlight is made entirely of anodized aluminum alloy with a hard type III finish. The thicknesses are abundant and the materials of first quality. The head features deep and thick dissipation fins which help in the dispersion of heat when the Imalent MS03 is turned on at Turbo or on medium / high levels. The body has a nice knurling that increases grip when for example using the flashlight with damp or wet hands. The switch is located near the head, is made of metal and slightly protrudes. It is very easy to find even if you are in total darkness or if you are wearing thick gloves. It is easy to activate and allows access to all the available functions of the user interface. Below the switch is a small status LED that lights up red or green to indicate the remaining cell capacity.

The Imalent MS03 is very comfortable to hold. Thanks to its small size it is convenient to carry in your pocket or for example in a pouch and backpack.

In the package, Imalent has also included a very sturdy Nylon holster. It has a hook and loop closure, a plastic d-ring and a belt loop on the back.

The Imalent MS03 is powered by 21700 cells and a proprietary customized cell with a capacity of 4000mAh is included in the package. This battery has a Type-C fast charging interface so you don't need to have a dedicated charger with you to charge it, but just use a standard Type-C cable.

The user interface has 6 brightness levels: Low with 150 lumens, Medium Low with 800 lumens, Medium I with 1300 lumens, Medium II with 3000 lumens, High with 8000 lumens and Turbo with 13000 lumens. Using the interface is very simple: from the torch off with a click the light turns on, with a double click you access the Turbo and from here with a further double click you access the Strobo. With the flashlight on, on the other hand, with a click, the flashlight turns off, with a double click the Turbo is activated and keeping the switch pressed, the different levels will be scrolled according to the order 150/800/300/3000/8000.

The optical part consists of three XHP70.2 and each of them is located inside a small aluminum reflector. The beam is quite focused and can illuminate up to 324 meters.

The single switch design and its very advanced position make using the Imalent MS03 very comfortable with one hand: just hold the flashlight and use the switch with your thumb, everything will seem very natural.
