This surprisingly small headlamp from Skilhunt has plenty of features packed into it’s compact body.
Users have a choice of 3 colors, Black, Green, Orange. And a selection of LED emitters, Cool White, Neutral White and Warm White.
TIP optical lens gives a smooth even beam from the dual LED’s, but also featured is a red emitter for preserving night sight. Power levels are up to 1600 lumens in Turbo (cool white) or 1100 lumens (neutral white), 1000 lumens (warm white), down to 1 lumen (cool) or 0.6 lumens (neutral/warm white).
The red LED output is 2 levels, 125 lumens and 12 lumens on the low mode.
Cool White LED can reach up to 141 metres range, making it useful for short to medium distances.
Power is supplied via the 18350 battery which can be removed and replaced, this is charged by Skilhunt’s magnetic charging system which can rapidly charge the cell (1A charging speed) and features LED color indicators (red charging, blue completed).
It comes with a premium grade headband, this has quick clip mounts for safety helmets, reflective markings on the logo, and anti slip backing to improve comfort and prevent slipping. A stainless steel double clip is also included for attaching on a bag/backpack or pocket.
Magnetic base also lets you attach it to metal objects, making a useful working light too.
Aero grade aluminum alloy body material provides long term durability, and it’s been rated to IPX8 weather resistance, for use in even harsh rain and weather. The drop test is up to 1 metre.
Tiny size at just 72.7mm x 23.5mm (length x diameter), with a weight of just 44g (without battery).

Choice of 3 LED types for all your needs, with the Cree Cool White giving the highest output and range (1600 lumens with a range of 141 meters), and a color rating of 6500K. Nichia supply the Neutral and Warm White outputs, which are rated to 4500K and 3000K respectively.
Warmer white gives a more natural color reproduction, with a high CRI rating which many prefer for longer tern use. Balanced beam output with their custom TIR optical lens giving even spread of light with a diffused hot spot.
Simple UI via the side switch, this is raised and also backlit. Offering shortcuts to Turbo, lowest modes, battery level check/indicators and lock-out function too. Skilhunt’s UI also gives users customisation over their levels, with 2 Turbo modes, 1 High, 2 Medium levels White/Red and a super low output.
