Affordable and well features are two key areas for this new headlamp from Sofirn. It boats some impressive features including a high 2500 lumens Turbo output, multiple beams (flood, spotlight, combination), and stepless color temperature adjustment.
5 levels are available with spot/flood/hybrid beam output, peak range is 230 metres (spotlight mode).
Power is via an 18650 battery (rated to 4000mAh), with type C charging, run times are long up to 400 hours (moon mode 5 lumens), charge indicator is built in too (red charging, green charged)
A good quality headband is supplied, and you can tilt the headlamp up to 180 degrees for maximum flexibility to direct the light as you need it. Or users can detach it, to use it handheld.
Body is made from AL 6061-T6 Aluminum alloy body with hard type III anodising finish. Rated to IP66 water resistance, it’s passed a drop test of 1.5 metres too.

A key feature of the HS22 is the multiple outputs, with a choice of floodlight, spotlight and hybrid/combined beam, giving users ultimate flexibility with a wide beam, focussed beam or combination of both.
Another useful addition is the variable color temperature, from a warm white high CRI (>90), Neutral and Cool white, with stepless control. This is made possible with various LED’s SFT 25R for range, TN-3535 6000/6500K floodlight, to TN-3535 2700K outputs with a floodlight profile.
Two switches allow seamless control of the headlight with a dedicated button for mode, and brightness, makes is very quick to change output or beam profile (flood/spot/combined), lockout is also available for safe transportation. HS22 is well featured and very well priced, and ideal for many applications from camping to a working headlamp or general purpose.
