With a high power output, yet EDC friendly profile the new SK30 is an affordable flashlight which will be high on the list for tactical users, with it’s extended range beam profile.
It uses the popular high capacity 21700 rechargeable Li-ion battery for power, with USB-C charging, and charge level indicators build in (green charging, red completed), it supports charging speeds up to 5V 2A. A silicone cover protects the port from dirt and water.
Extra grip on the body, with a fine knurling pattern for good grip in all types of conditions wet or dry. Crenulated stainless steel strike bezel for glass breaking, and stainless steel clip are also supplied. Head has flat edges to prevent rolling if the clip isn’t used.
Top quality AL6061-T6 aluminum allloy is used in the construction, with type III hard anodising for protection/damage resistance.
Despite it’s higher range and post, it’s closer in size to an EDC flashlight, with a length of only 140mm x 28mm, with a weight of 87g (no battery).
Dual switch design with simple UI, longer range 370 metres beam
Using an SFT70 LED 3 levels are present and strobe mode too, top range of 370 metres can be achieved in the Turbo mode of 3000 lumens. Good spill is also in the beam profile, but tactical fans will be happy to have a range of over 300 metres.
On the tail switch, we have two different shape buttons, giving rapid access to the strobe mode a must for any tactical model.
A battery check is built into the body with 4 stages. When you turn on the light it gives a voltage readout too which is also useful.
A generous bundle is included with a holster, two spare O rings, lanyard and charging cable all in the box.
