The Fenix LR40R V2.0 is a high performance rechargeable flashlight that combines a reflector and floodlight to blast out a maximum of 15000 lumens at nearly 1000 yards. Maximum lumens of the highest output level are 15000 while the maximum reachable distance is 2953 feet (900 meters). The maximum autonomy is instead 177 hours thanks to the powerful and performing battery pack with which the torch is equipped. The lighting modes are many: in fact there are 16 modes including 4 levels of spotlights, 5 lighting modes, 5 combined modes, strobe and SOS. The light emitters are Luminus SFT70 LEDs and sixteen Lumileds HL2X LEDs

The flashlight can be used as a normal power bank thanks to the USB Type-A discharge interface and can be recharged via the USB Type-C quick charge interface. The body of the flashlight is made entirely of Aircraft-grade aluminum alloy with premium HAIII hard anodized anti-abrasive finish. Managing the interface is a breeze despite the many levels of output available: With the light locked out, flip the toggle switch to any mode to turn the light on. With the light on, flip the toggle switch to lockout mode to turn off the light. With the light unlocked, press and hold the electronic switch for 0.5s to turn on/off the light. Mode A is spotlight mode, mode B is floodlight mode, mode C is spot and floodlight, D-mode is the flash mode. With the light on and locked, rotate the toggle switch clockwise to scroll OFF/lock→A-mode→B-mode→C-mode. With the light on and unlocked, press and hold the electronic switch for 1.2s to enter mode D (defaults to Turbo), and press and hold the electronic switch again for 1.2s to return to the last selected output. With the light on and unlocked (including flash mode), click the electronic switch to select the output.
