The Jetbeam KO-03 is a light designed especially for camping, for everyday use but also for adventure and research. It is equipped with a single SST-70 LED with a life of 50000 hours and allows with a single 21700 cell to reach the maximum power of 2400 lumens and a maximum range of 326 meters. The flashlight is supplied with a 5100mAh 21700 cell inside capable of keeping the flashlight on for over 350 hours. As an alternative to the 21700, the flashlight can be powered with 20700 or 18650 cells, but also with primary cells such as CR123A. Among the features of this model there is also that of being able to be used as if it were a powerbank: in fact the battery charging port is bidirectional and can be used in charging mode but also in landfill mode. In this way it is possible to power any electronic device with a USB interface wherever we are. Very useful function when, for example, you are camping and you do not have a power source available to recharge your smartphone. The user interface has 5 different brightness levels, a stroboscopic level and the memorization function of the last level used is also available. The charging interface is Type-C therefore the internal battery can be charged simply and very quickly using any standard USB Type-C cable. The maximum light intensity is 26,677 candles which correspond to approximately 326 m of maximum reachable distance. The intelligent temperature regulation system with which the flashlight is equipped allows to maximize the life of the LED and the electronic components of the flashlight. The lens is made of thick mineral glass with double anti-reflective treatment. The body is made entirely of aircraft grade aluminum alloy with a hard anodized finish of the HAIII type. The tail cap is flat so the light can be positioned as if it were a candle. It is also magnetic so you can attach the flashlight to any metal surface and use it without using your hands. Among the functions of the user interface there is also the instant activation of the strobe by double pressing the side switch.This function is very useful both in tactical applications but also for everyday use or in emergency situations. The interface also includes an electronic lock that allows you to safely carry the flashlight when you insert it, for example, inside a backpack or pocket, thus avoiding any type of accidental ignition. The flashlight is water resistant to IPX-8 standard and is submersible to a depth of 2m despite not being a diving flashlight. Impact resistance, on the other hand, is given up to 1 m in height. The dimensions of this flashlight are 134.8mm long 34.3mm head diameter and 25.8mm tail diameter. The weight instead is 123 grams excluding the battery. The output levels are divided as follows: Turbo from 2400 lumens and 3.5 hours of autonomy, high from 1100 lumens with 4.5 hours of autonomy, medium from 300 lumens and 8.8 hours of autonomy, low from 65 lumens and 37 hours of autonomy, eco from 6 lumens and 350 hours of autonomy and strobe from 1200 lumens and 5.2 hours of autonomy.
