The Jetbeam RRT-M2S is a flashlight based on LEP technology that with its maximum 480 lumens can reach an incredible distance of 1000 meters. The Jetbeam RRT-M2S arrives in a small cardboard box with the following accessories inside: 21700 battery, micro USB charging cable, wrist lanyard, a spare o-ring, an extra rubber boot and some documents including the user manual and warranty. One of the main features of this flashlight is that it has an RRT rotary switch.If it is turned to the left you will directly access the low level while if you turn it to the right the selected level will be the high one. The flashlight comes with a tactical ring installed that allows you to use the flashlight between your fingers as if it were a cigarette in a very simple way. The tailcap is not flat but it is still possible to use the flashlight in tailstanding as if it were a candle. The particular design of the U-shaped tail cap avoids accidental switching on and makes it easy to activate the switch even if you are wearing gloves. The maximum light intensity of the light is 250,000 candles equal to 1000 m of range which can be achieved using a 21700 battery. The package includes a jetBeam branded battery model 21700 jr51 which is a 5100 mAh battery. This battery has an internal microUSB charging interface that allows you to charge the cell without using external chargers but simply using the supplied micro USB cable and a normal USB adapter. On the cell there is a small status LED that lights up red or green to indicate the battery charge status. The user interface provides only three output levels: a low 15 lumens, a medium 75 lumens, and a high 480 lumens.
