The Olight Javelot Mini is a torch for daily long-range EDC use, with extremely compact dimensions and capable of reaching 600 meters of maximum range with a maximum output of 1000 lumens. This torch can be powered with a single rechargeable lithium ion cell model 18500 supplied with 2040mAH. The maximum runtime is 4 hours and 57 minutes when using it on the lowest output level. The rear side of the flashlight, the tail, follows the Olight two-in-one design: the functions of the tail are in fact two and very distinct. there is the possibility of using the tail as a charging interface via Olight's custom USB cables and there is also the possibility of using the switch present with the thumb for quick access to the functionality of the flashlight.The body of the Olight Javelot Mini is made in aeronautical aluminum alloy and is resistant to falls up to 1.5 meters in height while the degree of waterproofing is given as IPX8 therefore submersible torch up to two meters deep without suffering any damage. Near the head there are deep dissipation fins that help in the dispersion of the heat produced when using the flashlight on high levels. In the central part of the body there is an abundant knurling that makes the torch grip safer and more comfortable. The tactical switch with soft design is double-stroke: a short press activates the Low mode and a full press activates the High mode. The Bezel is toothed and effectively protects the lens from blows or falls, and can also be used as a glass breaker if necessary. The Olight Javelot Mini is available for purchase in two different colors: Black and Military Green. The olight Javelot Mini is one of the first Olight torches to use as a round LED light source that provides a more balanced and homogeneous light beam. The special tail cover is flat but at the same time concave to provide a more comfortable interface for using the thumb and to allow the flashlight to be fixed very firmly on magnetic surfaces using the magnet present. Among the accessories supplied there is a holster with a new design designed to be used in various ways: it can be attached to the belt, to the service belt, to the backpack strap to the pocket and more. The interface also features a low battery warning by vibrating: a small internal motor will vibrate to alert the user that it is time to change the battery. If the cell capacity is below 0% then the flashlight will vibrate once every 5 minutes, if the capacity is below 10% the flashlight will vibrate twice per minute if below 5% it will vibrate 3 times every 10 seconds. The output levels are divided as follows: High (1,000 ~ 500 ~ 200 lumens with duration 6.5 + 78 + 19 minutes), Low (200 lumens with duration 297 minutes) while there are no Strobe or SOS. The dimensions are 32 mm (1.26 in) Body Diameter, 40 mm (1.57 in) Head Diameter, 115 mm (4.53 in) Length while the weight is 154 g (5.43 oz).
