The Olight Seeker 3 pro is an EDC flashlight with a 21700 format and an incredible power: its maximum output is in fact 4200 lumens at the Turbo.
In addition to the Olight Seeker 3 Pro torch, the package also includes a custom olight lithium-ion cell model 21700 with a capacity of 5000mAh, a nylon pouch for transport, a magnetic MCC USB charging base and finally the multilingual user manual.
The Olight Seeker 3 Pro is a usual and well-built flashlight, the materials are of first quality, the thicknesses are abundant.
On the body of the flashlight there are rubberized inserts that significantly increase grip and grip. When you have the Seeker 3 Pro in your hands it is impossible for it to slip away, no matter what conditions you are in.
On the head there are a series of dissipation fins that guarantee the torch not to overheat excessively when used at high levels and therefore allow heat dissipation.
The tailcap is flat and can be unscrewed to access the battery compartment. On the tailcap there is a slight knurling that increases the grip and facilitates the operations of screwing and unscrewing.
The threads are anodized, very smooth and precise. The lockout of the interface is allowed by simply unscrewing the tailcap slightly.
On the Olight Seeker 3 there is only one switch that allows you to manage the entire interface. It is electronic, rotating, and is located in a lateral position. Easy to find even in the dark, it provides good tactile feedback and is also very responsive.
Around the switch there are LED status indicators that light up when the user rotates the switch: the indicators on the right indicate the battery level with four steady green LEDs. The indicators on the left side indicate the selected output level: four lit indicators for example indicate that the torch is at the Turbo.
The optical part is composed of 4 high efficiency LEDs and a quadruple TIR lens. The bezel is laced and guarantees protection to the lens in case of impact.
Next to the LEDs, inside the multi TIR lens, the Olight Seeker 3 Pro has a proximity sensor: when the light is on, if the sensor detects obstacles that are too close to the flashlight, the brightness will automatically be reduced to a lower level. In these conditions the rotary switch is disabled. The brightness will be restored when the obstacle is no longer present in front of the flashlight.
The dimensions of the flashlight are 123mm in length, 35mm in head diameter and 28mm in body diameter. The weight is 200g including the battery.
The Olight Seeker 3 Pro has built-in charging via magnetic USB cable.
Thanks to the powerful magnet it is equipped with, the MCC charging cable attaches to the flashlight instantly in the correct position. In addition, the charging cable inside the LED charge indicators that light up green when fully charged and red during the charging phase.
