The SKILHUNT H04 / H04R is a compact and lightweight 18650-powered headlamp designed for hiking, camping, caving, work, travel, and everyday use. With multiple LED and color-temperature options, an intuitive multi-level interface, magnetic tail, and versatile battery compatibility, the H04 Series offers a practical balance of output, runtime, beam quality, and portability.
Choose from a high-output Cool White option or high-CRI Nichia 519A R9080 LEDs in 5000K, 4000K, and 3000K to match your preferred brightness and light quality.
Multiple LED & Color Temperature Options
The H04 Series is available with several LED configurations:
- Cool White 5700K–6500K — up to 1300 lumens
- Nichia 519A 5000K R9080 — up to 800 lumens
- Nichia 519A 4000K R9080 — up to 760 lumens
- Nichia 519A 3000K R9080 — up to 670 lumens
Choose Cool White when maximum output is the priority, or select one of the Nichia 519A R9080 options when you prefer high color rendering and more natural-looking colors.
The 5000K option provides a balanced neutral white, 4000K offers a warmer and comfortable beam, while 3000K produces a distinctly warm light suitable for users who prefer warmer illumination.
H04 or H04R: Choose Your Beam
The H04 and H04R share the same compact right-angle design but offer different beam characteristics.
H04 is designed for a broader, more diffused beam, making it especially useful for close- to medium-range illumination such as hiking, working, camping, and general headlamp use.
H04R uses a reflector-based optical system for a more concentrated beam when additional reach and a defined hotspot are preferred.
This lets you choose between a more flood-oriented beam or a more focused beam depending on how you plan to use the headlamp.
Up to 123 Meters Beam Distance
The current H04 specification lists a maximum beam distance of up to 123 meters and peak beam intensity of up to 3,800 cd, providing useful illumination beyond immediate close-range tasks.
Combined with its right-angle design, the H04 works equally well as a traditional headlamp or as a compact handheld/work light when removed from the headband.
Flexible Multi-Level User Interface
A single electronic side switch provides access to multiple brightness groups without forcing every output into one long cycle.
From OFF:
- Single click — access Main Group
- Press and hold — access Low Group
- Double click — access Turbo Group
- Triple click — access Strobe Group
Brightness memory remembers the selected level or mode when the light is switched off, while electronic lockout helps prevent accidental activation during storage or transport.
Flexible Battery Options
The H04 Series supports:
- 1 × 18650
- 2 × CR123A
- 2 × RCR123A
Its wide 2.7V–6.5V operating range provides additional flexibility when choosing a power source.
For regular use, a quality 18650 rechargeable battery provides a convenient balance of capacity, runtime, and cost.
Magnetic Tail for Hands-Free Use
A built-in tail magnet allows the H04 to attach to compatible steel surfaces.
This is especially useful when working on vehicles, equipment, electrical panels, workshops, or other situations where you need both hands free but don't necessarily want to wear the light as a headlamp.
A rubber replacement pad is also included for situations where you do not want to use the magnetic tail.
Lightweight Right-Angle Design
The H04 measures only 99.9mm long and weighs approximately 46g without battery, making it compact enough for extended headlamp use without unnecessary weight.
Its removable pocket clip also allows it to function as a right-angle EDC or work light when removed from the headband.
Built for Outdoor & Work Use
The aluminum body features a hard-anodized finish for resistance to scratches and everyday wear. Integrated heat dissipation and intelligent temperature control help manage heat during higher-output operation.
The H04 is rated IPX8 waterproof and 1-meter impact resistant, making it suitable for demanding outdoor, work, and everyday environments.

For some flashlights, there's a pure battery inside（phone charging）,If We can not ship your packages via USPS or DHL,we'll ship your package in another way.

When you place an order for just the batteries, for easy shipping, faster and safe delivery, the batteries are placed in the flashlights.
