Der optische Teil besteht aus einer in den USA hergestellten LED des Modells SFT40 HI mit einer Lebensdauer von 50.000 Stunden, einer ultratransparenten Linse mit Antireflexbeschichtung und einem TIR-Reflektor (Total Internal Reflection) mit einem Durchmesser von 55 mm, der ein sauberes und ausgewogenes Bild ohne Form- und Farbartefakte garantiert. Der hocheffiziente interne Schaltkreis des Acebeam L19 v2.0 ohne PWM sorgt für konstante Spannung und Stromzufuhr zur LED und damit für maximale Effizienz.

Der Acebeam L19 v2.0 wird von einer wiederaufladbaren 21700 Lithium-Ionen-Zelle (Modell IMR21700NP-510A USM) angetrieben. Dieser Akku verfügt über einen USB-C-Ladeanschluss und hat eine unglaubliche Kapazität von 5100 mAh. Er lässt sich einfach und schnell aufladen und benötigt kein zusätzliches Ladegerät.

Die Bedienung erfolgt über zwei Schalter: einen mechanischen am Ende und einen elektronischen seitlich am Lampenkörper. Eine LED-Statusanzeige informiert über die verbleibende Akkukapazität und zeigt an, wann der Akku aufgeladen werden muss.

Die Blende zum Schutz der Linse ist hervorstehend, geschnürt und kann in Notsituationen beispielsweise als Glasbrecher verwendet werden

Die Acebeam L19 V2.0 verfügt über einen internen Überhitzungsschutz, der die Taschenlampe bei hoher Belastung schützt: Die Helligkeit wird automatisch reduziert, damit die Taschenlampe abkühlen kann. So werden die LEDs, der Akku und die inneren Teile der Taschenlampe nicht durch übermäßige Hitze beschädigt.

Die Schnittstelle verfügt zudem über eine elektronische Verriegelung. Dies ist praktisch, wenn Sie die Taschenlampe beispielsweise im Rucksack transportieren. Die Verriegelung verhindert versehentliches Auslösen und erhöht die Sicherheit der Taschenlampe zusätzlich.

Die verfügbaren Standardstufen reichen vom Mondlicht mit nur 1 Lumen und 62 Tagen Laufzeit bis zur Hochleistungsstufe mit 1200 Lumen. Die Turbostufe hingegen bietet 2200 Lumen mit einer maximalen Lichtintensität von 293.222 cd, während das Stroboskop 1100 Lumen und eine Laufzeit von 2 Stunden und 47 Minuten bietet.

Das gesamte Gehäuse des Acebeam L19 besteht aus Luftfahrtaluminium mit abrieb- und oxidationsbeständiger Eloxierung vom Typ HAIII.

Da es sich bei der Acebeam L19 v2.0 um eine taktische Taschenlampe handelt, ist sie auch mit sämtlichem Zubehör wie taktischen Fernhalterungen und Schaltern von Acebeam kompatibel.

Die Wasserbeständigkeit beträgt IP68, das Gerät ist bis zu einer Tiefe von 5 Metern tauchfähig, während die Stoßfestigkeit 1 Meter beträgt.
