The Convoy S14 is a compact, performance-focused 18650 flashlight built for users who value efficient regulation, flexible output control, and the ability to choose the LED that best fits their lighting needs.

Powered by a single unprotected 18650 Li-ion battery, the S14 combines a high-efficiency buck driver, smooth reflector, configurable 12-group interface, and durable aluminum construction in a practical 132 mm body. Whether you're looking for an everyday carry light, an outdoor flashlight, or a customizable platform for different beam characteristics, the S14 delivers the straightforward design and flexibility Convoy enthusiasts expect.

Multiple LED Options

The S14 is available with several LED configurations, allowing you to choose the beam and performance characteristics that best match your needs.

Depending on the selected LED, Convoy uses either a 3V 8A buck driver or 3V 10A buck driver:

• SFT40 / SFT-25R / W5050SQ5: 3V 8A buck driver
• SFT-42R / F45R: 3V 10A buck driver

Driver efficiency is rated at approximately 90–95%.

Efficient Buck Driver

Rather than relying on a simple high-current linear driver, the S14 uses a regulated buck driver designed for efficient power conversion.

The flashlight also incorporates temperature control. As temperature rises, the driver gradually reduces current to help manage heat during extended high-output operation. Low-voltage warning and reverse-polarity protection are also included.

12-Group Configurable Interface

One of the S14's most useful features is Convoy's familiar 12-group driver interface.

Instead of being locked into a single mode sequence, users can select a group that better matches how they use the flashlight—from simple three-level operation to configurations that include very low output, strobe, biking mode, battery check and SOS.

For example, available configurations include:

0.1% → 1% → 10% → 35% → 100%

or a simpler:

1% → 20% → 100%

Mode memory is also supported, allowing the flashlight to return to the previously used brightness depending on the selected configuration.

Built for Effective Heat Transfer

The S14 uses an integrated aluminum head structure together with a copper DTP MCPCB and thermal compound beneath the board to efficiently transfer heat away from the LED.

Its aluminum-alloy body features an anodized finish, while an AR-coated glass lens and smooth aluminum reflector complete the optical system.

Practical Tail-Switch Design

The reverse-clicky tail switch provides familiar, straightforward operation.

Convoy has chamfered the edges of the tail and incorporated a U-shaped groove around the silicone switch to make thumb access easier. The lanyard mounting position is designed so that an installed lanyard does not interfere with the flashlight's ability to tailstand.

Compact 18650 Format

At 132 mm long and only 94.2 g without the battery, the S14 provides a relatively compact platform for a high-current 18650 flashlight.

The 32.1 mm head gives the reflector more room than very slim tube-style EDC lights, while the 23.1 mm body remains easy to grip and carry.
