The Convoy S2+ UV 365nm Flashlight combines the proven compact S2+ platform with a Nichia 276A 365nm ultraviolet LED, providing focused UVA illumination for inspection, fluorescence detection, verification, photography, and other UV applications.

Nichia 276A 365nm UV LED

At the heart of this S2+ is the Nichia 276A, producing ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 365nm.

Compared with longer-wavelength UV sources, 365nm UV is particularly useful when the goal is to excite fluorescent materials rather than produce a large amount of visible violet light.

Optional ZWB2 UV Filter

The S2+ UV can be configured with an optional ZWB2 filter.

A ZWB2 filter helps suppress unwanted visible light while allowing the useful UVA output to pass through, making fluorescence easier to observe—particularly in applications where visible purple light would otherwise interfere with contrast.

If your primary use is fluorescence detection, inspection, or photography, the ZWB2 filter option is recommended.

Simple Single-Mode Operation

Unlike a conventional EDC flashlight with multiple brightness levels, this UV version keeps the interface intentionally simple:

High only

Switch it on when UV illumination is required and switch it off when finished—there is no need to cycle through Low, Medium, Strobe, or other modes.

This makes the S2+ UV especially convenient as a dedicated inspection tool

1050mA Driver

The flashlight uses a 7135 × 3 driver with 1050mA output, paired with the Nichia UV emitter.

Convoy also uses an OP (orange-peel) reflector, helping distribute the UV illumination across the target area rather than relying on an extremely narrow beam

Replaceable 18650 Power

The S2+ UV is powered by a replaceable 18650 Li-ion battery, allowing depleted cells to be swapped rather than relying on a permanently integrated battery.

One important compatibility requirement should be clearly stated on the FlashlightGo product page:

Use an unprotected flat-top 18650 battery.

According to Convoy, protected 18650 batteries are too long to fit this flashlight. Battery and charger are also not included with the standard configuration
