Das Gehäuse der WF26R besteht vollständig aus einer Aluminiumlegierung in Flugzeugqualität mit einer Harteloxierung Typ III. Das Gehäuse ist rutschfest und rollsicher, sodass die Taschenlampe auch auf leicht geneigten Flächen abgelegt werden kann, ohne wegzurollen. Dank der speziellen Rändelung am Gehäuse liegt sie auch mit feuchten oder nassen Händen stets fest und sicher in der Hand. Der Gürtelclip besteht aus Edelstahl und ist zweiseitig bedienbar, sodass die Taschenlampe beispielsweise mit dem Kopf nach oben oder unten am Gürtel befestigt werden kann, ohne den Clip abnehmen zu müssen. Die Linse besteht aus entspiegeltem Mineralglas. Die hervorstehende Lünette schützt die Linse optimal vor Stößen. Die Schalter befinden sich im Gehäuseende und sind leicht zugänglich. Sie sind gummiert und mechanisch und ermöglichen das Ein- und Ausschalten der Lampe. An der Seite der WF26R befindet sich eine kleine Status-LED, die grün oder rot leuchtet und Informationen zum Ladezustand der Batterie liefert. Die Abmessungen sind: Länge 156 mm, Kopf 40,4 mm, Körper 26,6 mm. Das Gewicht beträgt einschließlich Akku 222 g.
