Die Jetbeam BC25 TAC ist eine Taschenlampe für den täglichen Gebrauch, zum Wandern, Campen, Erkunden und für Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Sie verfügt über eine CREE XP-L HI LED mit einer Lebensdauer von bis zu 50.000 Stunden. Diese Taschenlampe ist extrem leistungsstark und erreicht mit einer einzigen wiederaufladbaren 18650 Lithium-Ionen-Zelle eine Leistung von 1100 Lumen im Turbo-Modus. Die Jetbeam BC25 TAC ist auch mit anderen Batterietypen wie 2x CR123A kompatibel. Sie verfügt über eine versteckte Typ-C-Ladeschnittstelle, um die darin enthaltene Zelle aufzuladen, ohne sie herausnehmen zu müssen.

Die Abmessungen betragen 153 mm (Länge) * 33,5 mm (Kopfdurchmesser) * 25,4 mm (Schwanzdurchmesser), während das Gewicht 134 g beträgt (ohne Batterie).

Das Gehäuse der Taschenlampe besteht vollständig aus Aluminium und ist stoß-, kratz- und wetterfest. Unter dem Kopf befinden sich dicke, tiefe Kühlrippen, die die von der LED erzeugte Wärme bei höchster Leistungsstufe ableiten.

Die Benutzeroberfläche der BC25 TAC verfügt über 3 normale Stufen + 1 Spezialstufe, die wie folgt aufgeteilt sind: Niedrig mit 22 Lumen und 52 Stunden Autonomie, Mittel mit 400 Lumen und 2,6 Stunden Autonomie, Hoch mit 1100 Lumen und 1,7 Stunden Autonomie, Stroboskop mit 1100 Lumen. Die maximale Lichtstärke beträgt 17225 cd, was einer maximalen Reichweite von 330 m entspricht. Die Taschenlampe wird mit einem Gürtelclip aus Edelstahl geliefert. Damit lässt sich die Taschenlampe an jedem Kleidungsstück oder jedem MOLLE-System befestigen. Der mittlere Teil des Gehäuses und die Endkappe haben eine geriffelte Oberfläche, die die Griffigkeit erhöht und den Halt unter allen Bedingungen verbessert, selbst bei feuchten oder nassen Händen oder beim Tragen besonders dicker Handschuhe.

Der USB-Typ-C-Ladeanschluss ist unter dem Kopf verborgen. Zum Laden des Akkus muss der Leuchtenkopf vollständig abgeschraubt werden, um die Typ-C-Ladeschnittstelle freizulegen. Ein roter O-Ring verhindert das Eindringen von Schmutz und Wasser durch das Gewinde.

Die Taschenlampe besteht vollständig aus einer Aluminiumlegierung und ist nach IPX-8-Standard wasserdicht, also bis zu 2 m tauchfähig, während die Stoßfestigkeit bis zu 1 m Höhe gewährleistet ist. Zur Steuerung der Benutzeroberfläche verfügt die Jetbeam BC25 TAC über einen einzigen Schalter in der Reihe. Dieser ist hervorstehend und lässt sich leicht mit dem Daumen bedienen, wenn man die Taschenlampe in der Hand hält. Das besondere U-Design des Endstücks verhindert zudem ein versehentliches Einschalten beim Tragen der Taschenlampe im Rucksack. Am Endstück befinden sich außerdem große Löcher, an denen sich ein Schlüsselband oder kleine Karabiner befestigen lassen.

Im Lieferumfang des Jetbeam BC25 TAC sind neben der Taschenlampe ein Gürtelclip, ein Handgelenkband, ein Ersatz-O-Ring, eine Gummikappe und ein Typ-C-Ladekabel enthalten.
