Li-Ion- und Ni-MH-Akkus werden automatisch erkannt. Die manuelle Auswahl erfolgt durch kurzes Drücken der Modustaste für IMR-Akkus (3,85 V Li-Ion) und LiFePO4-Akkus (3,2 V). Akkus mit 0,0 ≤ U < 0,2 V für NiMH/Cd und 1,65 ≤ U < 2,2 V für Li-Ion werden nicht geladen.
