Die Nextorch P84 ist eine multifunktionale Stabtaschenlampe im 21700-Format. Ihr Turbo-Modus bietet 3000 Lumen, während die Laufzeit dank der 4800 mAh 21700-Zelle ca. 60 Stunden beträgt. Die Nextorch P84 verfügt über ein integriertes rotes und blaues Lichtquellenmodul und ermöglicht so dank fünf umschaltbarer Modi einen vielseitigen Einsatz für unterschiedliche Umgebungsanforderungen. Die Taschenlampe verfügt über drei Keramikkugeln an der Lünette, die als Glasbrecher dienen.

Die Lünette besteht aus Edelstahl. Der Reflektor ist aus Aluminium mit Orangenhautbeschichtung. Die Mineralglaslinse ist entspiegelt. Die Taschenlampe ist komplett aus hartanodisiertem Aluminium gefertigt. Das Anti-Roll-Profil verhindert ein Wegrollen der Taschenlampe auf leicht geneigten Flächen. Der seitlich angebrachte Schalter ermöglicht den Zugriff auf alle Hauptfunktionen. An der Seite befinden sich außerdem LED-Statusanzeigen, die über den Ladevorgang informieren. Die Wasserdichtigkeit beträgt IPX7 (tauchfähig bis 1 Meter Tiefe), die Stoßfestigkeit bis 2 Meter Höhe.

Die Abmessungen betragen 160 mm (Länge) x 35 mm (Kopfdurchmesser) x 28,5 mm (Körperdurchmesser), während das Gewicht 164 g/5,78 oz (ohne Batterie) beträgt.

Als Lichtquellen dienen ein weißes Hauptlicht sowie rote und blaue Zusatzlichter. Die Leistungsstufen teilen sich wie folgt auf: High ab 3000 Lumen mit 2 Stunden und 45 Minuten Laufzeit in 260 Metern Entfernung und 17000 Kerzen, Medium ab 600 Lumen mit 4 Stunden und 30 Minuten Laufzeit in 118 Metern Entfernung und 3520 Kerzen, Low ab 36 Lumen mit 60 Stunden Laufzeit in 28 Metern Entfernung und 204 Kerzen, Momentary On ab 3000 Lumen, Strobe ab 3000 Lumen. Bei den farbigen LEDs gibt es allerdings nur 2 Leistungsstufen: eine Dauer- und eine Blinkstufe, beide mit 2 Lumen Leistung und einer Laufzeit von 50 Stunden (bei der Dauerstufe) bzw. 105 Stunden (bei der Blinkstufe).

Die farbigen LEDs sind rund um den Kopf angeordnet: Das rote und blaue Stroboskoplicht ist ideal für Notsituationen und zur Signalisierung, das rote und blaue Blitzlicht kann hingegen als Ortungssignal nützlich sein, das rote Licht ist praktisch und angenehm für die Nachtsicht, um die Augen nicht zu ermüden und gegen Mücken, während das blaue Licht eine kurze Wellenlänge, aber eine hohe Frequenz und hohe Intensität für die Patrouillenverfolgung, Markierungssignale und mehr hat.

Die Taschenlampe verfügt außerdem über eine Ladeschnittstelle Typ C, um die Zelle im Inneren aufzuladen, ohne sie herausnehmen zu müssen.

Das Nextorch P84 ist außerdem mit verschiedenen Zubehörteilen wie dem taktischen Schnellziehholster Modell V51 und auch mit dem Nylon V10 Holster kompatibel
