The NITECORE TrailSight is a purpose-built trail running flashlight designed to illuminate the path from a lower, waist-level angle. Unlike conventional head-mounted lighting, this lower beam position helps create more visible shadows around rocks, roots, drops, and uneven terrain, making trail details easier to recognize while moving at night.

Powered by a NiteLab UHi 20 LED, the TrailSight delivers up to 1,200 lumens with a maximum beam distance of 579 yards (529 meters) and a peak intensity of 70,347 candela. Waist-Level Lighting for Better Trail Visibility

Where the light comes from can be just as important as how bright it is.

By carrying the TrailSight around waist level, the beam strikes obstacles from a lower angle, helping make changes in terrain more apparent. Rocks, exposed roots, uneven surfaces, elevation changes, and trail markers can be easier to identify compared with illumination coming only from head level.

It can be used as a dedicated handheld trail light or as a complementary light source alongside a headlamp for improved depth perception and trail awareness.

4000mAh USB-C Rechargeable Battery

The TrailSight comes with a NITECORE NL1840R 4000mAh rechargeable 18650 battery. The battery supports direct USB-C charging, allowing it to be conveniently recharged without requiring a separate external charger.

A built-in power indicator helps you keep track of the remaining battery level before and during outdoor activities.

The TrailSight is also compatible with suitable button-top 18650 Li-ion rechargeable batteries, providing additional flexibility for users who carry spare batteries.

Lightweight Magnesium Alloy Construction
