Die Olight Baton 3 ist eine kleine EDC-Taschenlampe für den täglichen Gebrauch. Sie ist eine direkte Weiterentwicklung der beliebten Vorgängerversion Olight S1R Baton II und hat deren Leistung und Funktionen weiter verbessert.
Der Olight Baton 3 ist mit einer Hochleistungs-Weißlicht-LED und einer TIR-Totalreflexionslinse ausgestattet, die einen sauberen und ausgewogenen Strahl garantiert.
Trotz seiner sehr geringen Größe verfügt dieses Modell über einen unglaublich starken Strahl: 1200 Lumen pro Turbo (20 % mehr als das vorherige Modell S1R Baton II) mit einer maximal erreichbaren Entfernung von 166 Metern (16 % mehr als das vorherige Modell S1R Baton II).
Die maximale Helligkeit des Olight Baton 3 beträgt 6889 Kerzen. Der Strahl verfügt über einen großen Hotspot und ist daher ideal für verschiedene Szenarien.
Die verfügbaren Ausgangsstufen betragen 5 (1200 - 300 - 60 - 12 - 0,5 Lumen) und zusätzlich gibt es noch den Strobe-Modus mit 13 Hz Frequenz.
Die niedrigste Stufe beträgt nur 0,5 Lumen, ideal für die Beleuchtung auf sehr kurze Distanzen und garantiert eine Laufzeit von 20 Tagen.
Die Stromversorgung dieser Taschenlampe wird durch eine wiederaufladbare Lithium-IMR16340-Zelle gewährleistet. Der Akku ist maßgefertigt von Olight und ermöglicht dem Baton 3 eine Laufzeit von 20 Tagen auf niedrigster Stufe.
Der Olight Baton 3 ist mit einem Gürtelclip aus Stahl ausgestattet. Dieser ist zweiseitig und kann an Rucksackgurten, Taschen, aber auch an der Mütze befestigt werden, um als Stirnlampe verwendet zu werden.
Das Ende ist flach, sodass die Taschenlampe auch im Stehen verwendet werden kann. An der Endkappe befindet sich ein starker Neodym-Magnet, mit dem die Taschenlampe sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal an jeder Metalloberfläche befestigt werden kann.
Das Gehäuse der Taschenlampe besteht aus einer Aluminiumlegierung. Dank der Rändelung liegt die Taschenlampe auch mit feuchten oder nassen Händen immer perfekt in der Hand.
Der seitlich angebrachte, gummierte und leicht hervorstehende Schalter verfügt über eine kleine Status-LED. Das Gewinde ist eloxiert und besonders glatt. Die physische Sperre erfolgt durch leichtes Abschrauben des Lampenkörpers vom Kopf. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit, die Taschenlampe elektronisch über die Schnittstelle zu sperren.
Die Taschenlampe ist maximal 63 mm lang und passt daher perfekt in die Hosen- oder Handtasche. Das Gewicht beträgt inklusive Batterie und Gürtelclip nur 53 g.
