Die Olight Odin GL Mini ist eine kleine taktische Taschenlampe, die einen weißen Lichtstrahl mit einem grünen Laserstrahl kombiniert. Diese Taschenlampe wurde ausschließlich für die Montage an einer Waffe entwickelt. Sie verfügt über ein spezielles Kopplungssystem auf Picatinny-Schienen, das eine schnelle und sichere Montage an Waffen ermöglicht. Die Olight Odin GL Mini kann aber auch als normale EDC-Taschenlampe für den täglichen Gebrauch, aber auch für rein taktische Anwendungen effektiv in der Hand gehalten werden.

Die Optik besteht aus einer weißen LED, die einen Strahl mit einer maximalen Leistung von 1000 Lumen erzeugt und eine Reichweite von bis zu 180 Metern erreicht, und einem grünen Laser, der die Zielgenauigkeit erhöht. Es stehen drei Betriebsmodi zur Verfügung: Die Olight Odin GL Mini kann mit der Weißlicht-LED, mit dem grünen Laser und im kombinierten Modus mit Weißlicht-LED und grünem Laser gleichzeitig verwendet werden. Die Auswahl der verschiedenen Modi erfolgt durch Drehen des Wählrings am Kopf. Die Bedienung ist sehr präzise und einfach, genau wie im taktischen Modus. Die Stufenwahl erfolgt sofort und ist absolut fehlerfrei.

Die Abmessungen der Olight Odin GL mini sind äußerst kompakt, sodass sich die Taschenlampe sehr bequem transportieren lässt, beispielsweise in einer Tasche oder in einem kleinen Koffer.

Der von Olight für diese Odin GL Mini mitgelieferte Waffenhalter verfügt über zwei verschiedene Picatinny-Schlitze, die die Montage der Taschenlampe in unterschiedlichen Positionen ermöglichen. Zusätzlich befindet sich am Hakensystem ein Verriegelungsknopf für eine einfache und sichere Montage.

Im Lieferumfang der Taschenlampe ist ein magnetischer Fernschalter enthalten, der sich durch einfaches Annähern an das Ende der Taschenlampe anschließen lässt. Der Fernschalter verfügt über zwei verschiedene Tasten: eine zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Lichts und eine zur Auswahl der Lichtstärke.

Die Olight Odin GL Mini wird von einer einzelnen 2040 mAh 18500-Zelle angetrieben, also einer etwas kleineren Batterie als die klassischen 18650er, die wir von Taschenlampen gewohnt sind.

Der Heckschalter hat drei verschiedene Funktionen: Er fungiert als magnetische Ladeschnittstelle mit dem mitgelieferten Olight-Sonderkabel, er dient als Schnittstelle für den Magnetschalter und kann auch als klassischer Schalter verwendet werden. Er ist elektronisch mit Doppelhub.

Die Abmessungen der Olight Odin GM Mini sind: Länge: 128 mm (5,04 Zoll), Kopfdurchmesser: 29 mm (1,14 Zoll), Gehäusedurchmesser: 26,6 mm (1,05 Zoll), das Gewicht beträgt 190 g (inklusive Akku und Schienenmontage). Das Gehäuse besteht vollständig aus einer Aluminiumlegierung. Die Lampe ist wasserdicht nach IPX4-Standard und übersteht Stürze aus bis zu 1,5 m Höhe. Im Lieferumfang enthalten: Odin GL Mini-Taschenlampe (inkl. Akku), Picatinny-Schlitten, 1 x MCC3 USB-Magnetladekabel, sROD-7 magnetischer Fernschalter (mit Halterung), 1 x H2.5/H1.5-Schlüssel, 1 x M3x4-Schraubenschlüssel, NYLOK-Gewindestifte mit ovaler Spitze, Kabelbinder und Benutzerhandbuch.
