Die Skilhunt H04 H04R H04F RC Mini ist eine kleine Taschenlampe in L-Form, die sich ideal als Allround-EDC-Taschenlampe, aber auch als normale Stirnlampe für Sport, Outdoor und alle Outdoor-Aktivitäten eignet. Der Hauptunterschied zwischen den drei Versionen ist im Wesentlichen der Reflektortyp der Taschenlampe: Die H04 RC Mini ist mit einer TIR-Linse ausgestattet, die einen breiten und diffusen Lichtstrahl erzeugt, die H04R RC Mini hingegen hat einen Reflektor, der dem Licht eine größere Reichweite und Distanz verleiht, während die H04F-Version eine H04R mit zusätzlichem Diffusorfilter ist, sodass der Benutzer nach Belieben zwischen einem Streulicht und einem Flutlicht wählen kann, ohne die Lichtart ändern zu müssen. Die Wasserbeständigkeit entspricht dem IPX-8-Standard, die Stoßfestigkeit beträgt 1 Meter. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist vollständig und bietet zahlreiche Funktionen und Leistungsstufen. Der Schnittstellenschalter befindet sich am Kopf und ermöglicht den Zugriff auf alle Funktionen der Lampe. Unter dem Schalter befindet sich eine LED-Statusanzeige, die den Benutzer über den Suchverlauf und die verbleibende Akkukapazität informiert. Zum Laden der 18350-Zelle kann die magnetische Ladeschnittstelle der Taschenlampe mit dem mitgelieferten Spezialkabel verwendet werden.

Der Kopf verfügt über dicke, tiefe Kühlrippen, die die Wärmeableitung bei hoher Lichtleistung unterstützen. Die extrem kleinen Abmessungen und das sehr geringe Gewicht machen diese Lampe zum perfekten EDC, das man immer griffbereit hat und bequem in der Hosentasche oder im Beutel tragen kann. Auch als Frontlampe ist die Taschenlampe sehr komfortabel: Dank ihres geringen Gewichts eignet sie sich auch zum Joggen.
