Sie erreicht nun eine Leistung von 20 W und kann dank der Luminus SFT-40-W LED im Turbo-Modus eine Lichtleistung von 1620 Lumen abgeben. Diese Taschenlampe verfügt über eine digitale Leistungsregelung, mit der der Benutzer die optimale Kombination aus Helligkeit und Laufzeit wählen kann. Dank ihres extrem kompakten Designs eignet sich diese Taschenlampe ideal als taktische Handlampe.

Die Wolf Eyes Defender-III Ultra ist mit einer asphärischen Linse ausgestattet, die es ermöglicht, den Lichtstrahl durch Bewegen des Kopfes von der Linse weg und auf sie zu zu fokussieren. So lässt sich ganz einfach durch schnelles Drehen des Kopfes von einem sehr schmalen zu einem sehr breiten Lichtstrahl wechseln. Sie können dann die Strahlbreite nach Ihren Bedürfnissen wählen. Wenn Sie beispielsweise aus der Ferne leuchten müssen, können Sie den Kopf der Taschenlampe komplett abschrauben, um einen vollständig fokussierten Lichtstrahl zu erhalten. Wenn Sie stattdessen alles vor Ihnen auf sehr kurze Distanzen beleuchten möchten, schrauben Sie den Kopf einfach komplett ab, um einen vollständig flutenden Lichtstrahl zu erhalten.

Durch die extrem kleine Größe dieser Taschenlampe ist sie ideal für den alltäglichen Gebrauch, aber auch für den Einsatz in taktischen Umgebungen, in Notsituationen oder bei der Jagd. Diese Taschenlampe verfügt über einen innovativen Schalter, mit dem Sie vor dem Einschalten der Taschenlampe die zu verwendende Stufe vorwählen können. Tatsächlich reicht es aus, den Schalter nach rechts oder links am Drehring auf der Endkappe zu drehen, um die zu verwendende Leistungsstufe auszuwählen: Dieser Vorgang kann sowohl bei eingeschalteter als auch bei ausgeschalteter Lampe durchgeführt werden. Dies ist die Endkappentechnologie Wolf Eyes Procap®. Die Taschenlampe ist zudem spritzwasser- und staubgeschützt sowie sturzsicher aus bis zu 1,2 m Höhe. Die höchste Lichtleistung beträgt 1620 Lumen, was eine Leuchtdauer von 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine 50%-Stufe mit 4 Stunden Laufzeit, eine 20%-Stufe mit 6 Stunden und 40 Minuten Laufzeit und eine 2%-Stufe mit 55 Stunden Laufzeit.
