Die Wolf Eyes Pro Ranger 56 Ultra ist eine taktische Taschenlampe, die speziell für die Jagd entwickelt wurde. Sie ist mit einer asphärischen Linse ausgestattet, die eine variable Lichtverteilung von Punktstrahl zu Flutlicht ermöglicht. Der Übergang von schmalem zu breitem Strahl erfolgt einfach durch Bewegen des Lampenkopfes: Die große asphärische Linse, die sich von der LED-Lichtquelle weg oder nähert, ermöglicht die Variation des Leuchtwinkels. Die Lampe besteht vollständig aus einer Aluminiumlegierung und ist eloxiert. Dadurch ist sie stoß-, kratz- und wetterfest. Im Lampenkopfbereich sorgen tiefe Kühlrippen für die Ableitung der entstehenden Wärme. Dies ist besonders für den Einsatz bei höchster Leistungsstufe geeignet. Der Schalter zur Steuerung der Schnittstelle befindet sich am Ende. Er ist gummiert und liegt gut in der Hand. Er ist leicht zu bedienen und auch in völliger Dunkelheit leicht zu finden. Die Gewinde sind eloxiert, daher ist es möglich, die Schnittstelle mechanisch zu verriegeln, indem man einfach die Endkappe leicht abschraubt. An der Seite der Taschenlampe befindet sich eine Micro-USB-Ladeschnittstelle, über die Sie den internen Akku aufladen können, ohne die Taschenlampe herausnehmen zu müssen. Um den Strahl zu fokussieren, müssen Sie den Kopf der Taschenlampe im oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

Die maximale Helligkeit dieser Taschenlampe beträgt 1620 Lumen. Das Gewicht ohne Batterie beträgt 255 Gramm, die Länge 185 mm. Die maximal erreichbare Reichweite beträgt 645 m bei voller Leistung. Die Ranger 56 ist jedoch schaltkreisgeregelt, sodass die Taschenlampe ihre Leistung bei entladener Batterie nicht reduziert, sondern bis zur vollständigen Entladung konstant hält. Im Lieferumfang der Ranger 56 ist ein wiederaufladbarer 18650 Lithium-Ionen-Akku enthalten, der auch in schwierigen Bereichen oder in kalten Umgebungen eine lange Lebensdauer der Lampe ermöglicht.

Diese Taschenlampe ist mit der berühmten Luminus SFT-40-W LED ausgestattet, die in Verbindung mit dem innovativen optischen System des Pro Ranger 56 Ultra einen Lichtstrahl mit einer maximalen Lichtstärke von 103855 Candela erzeugt. An der Endkappe befindet sich ein Drehwählring, mit dem Sie die gewünschte Lichtstärke vorab wählen können. Das System heißt Procap v2.0 und ermöglicht die präzise Anpassung der Helligkeitsstufe während des Gebrauchs und auch vor dem Einschalten. Die Taschenlampe verfügt außerdem über eine LED-Ladeanzeige, die während des Ladevorgangs rot und nach Abschluss des Ladevorgangs grün leuchtet.
